Buggy!

Charming Idea I Love this App. and its Philosophie but its so Full of Bugs.

A new kind of productivity

I always wonder why I could never settle into a to-do type application. I thought it was me doing something wrong or not being conscious enough to make it work. With iAdd, I realized it was the way I always approached the application and the mindset the application directed me through. iAdd has helped me realize a mindset that works for me. When I enter a task it doesnt go right into the do place and cause me to be overloaded. I can empty my mind and the go on later and decide when to do the tasks. Its brilliant and I would recommend this app to anyone in need of improved productivity. Im amazed. Thank You!

Direct, Concise, Intuitive, Polished

Ive used this app for only a short time, but its quickly found a place on my 1st screen. Similar to "Getting Things Done", iADD complements the way you think & organize. (This process reminds me of mind mapping in which you brainstorm problems, tasks, projects.) Kudos to the developer(s) for creating an app that matches form & function so well. The interface feels almost as though it isnt there, but nonetheless easily gets you through the app (and your process).

Dissapointed

No more functionality than would be provided by brainstorming on a piece of paper and adding it to any much better to do lists. Also way too expensive.

Keeps Me Focused and Productive!!!

Great app for staying on task for the goals you have. If there is one thing most important about success, it is laying out a plan of attack accurately and this app does just that. David Damron The Minimalist Path

Instant Productivity Boost!

Normally Im skeptical of apps that claim to be able to help my producitivity. Many of them are frustrating, hard to use, and expensive. Luckily, I gave iADD a shot and Im glad I did! Finally, a simple system thats easy to use and straightforward. I never stuck to recording tasks on a to-do list, but I actually finding capturing my actions inside of iADD fun! From the very first day, I saw a measurable increase in my productivity. This alone makes this app worth many, many times its price! Itll be paying me back every day from here forward!

Amazing

Great app, well executed. I am so organized now!! Thanks!

Nice GTD alternative, very well made

Ive been using iAdd for a bit now, and Im really impressed by the fluidity of using it and the polish thats apparent in the entire process. Its very well made, and thats obvious from the beginning. The practicality of the app is also very solid, as it provides a viable alternative to the GTD method of time-management, and that seems to be (more or less) the only method that gets any attention. Its nice to see some competition in the running! For the price, Id definitely recommend checking iAdd out. Ive been very please with my decision to do so.

Fantastic

A true milestone in productivity apps for iPhone. One should definitely try ADD managing work and like goals!

Not just another gimmick

So ill be honest usually I roll my eyes at productivity apps especially because theres too little of this or too little of that. Im a little relieved to say that the author did a fair bit of thought over the workflow and design of this tool, & it shows! I will probably add this to the list of favorited apps soon- the concept is good but the benefits of actually using iAdd have started to... lets just sat add up to use a bad pun! A definite recommend!

Really intuitive move to creating quick steps for getting your to do

Ive gone through a lot of productivity apps and repeatedly scrapped them for good old pen and paper because they didnt link up with the steps my mind naturally goes through in working through projects. I love how this app is broken down logically. Its easy to use and makes me excited to move my To Dos from one section to the next to done. I had one very small issue with time zones (because I travel a lot!) but after contacting the developer, this was addressed immediately. I highly recommend this app for those out there sick of fighting with To Do lists and apps that dont work.

Nice idea, but not working well

That is a really inspiring and nice framework, but the app itself is not working well: it is not saving. When I finish adding things to it, close, and open again, the things are not there as they should be. I`ll wait for a new version and really hope to see it growing.

Smooth Productivity

iAdd is an excellent app if you want to get out of the "add things to a list and then cross them off" world of productivity. It incorporates much from the GTD world (such as Contexts), but really shines in the area where GTD leaves off - where we assess whats important to us and make decisions based on what we want to do. The app is based on Dragos Rouas Assess-Decide-Do framework - without an understanding of this framework, it could easily be mistaken for just another to do list with what seem like some extra useless steps. I strongly suggest that the user takes the time to learn the framework (links are in the app) to get the most from it. Highly recommended!

Thank you!

I agree with one of the other commenters. This really helps take the GTD mindset to a whole new productivity level. Understanding which tasks are most important to us is key, and Im really glad I have an app to help me with this now, because I often lose my way throughout the day. Thank you!

Well Done!

This is the best application I have found for actually working through the details of brainstorming, defining and setting up tasks and projects -- and I have used dozens. The application is well designed and easy to use. Its appearance is pleasing, both on my iPhone and my iPad. And . . . I can keep both devices synced with my DropBox account. I have to add that my communications with Dragos Roua have been replied to with remarkable speed and courtesy, even on holidays. I am encouraged by Mr. Rouas reception of suggestions and look forward to even more refinement of an excellent product.

Worth it

Nice new approach to managing to-dos so you actually do them.

Crashes!

Very angry that an app that costs $3.99 is a total fail! Crashes on me each time I try to load data. I wanted an app that syncs with Dropbox. But what good is Dropbox integration if THE APP DOESNT WORK!!

Force closes in landscape mode on iPad 2

Super love this app as it helps me takes into account what I will really get around to doing versus what I need to do but simply cannot at the moment. Ive been using it on my iPod touch and recently on the iPad 2. Unfortunately, when in landscape mode, the app wont even stay open! It force closes if you try opening it landscape mode and when switching to landscape from portrait. Frustrating because I started using the iPad with a keyboard and I dont have a stand that lets me prop the iPad in portrait mode while typing. Other than this bug, I highly recommend it!

Crashes

Need to fix crash. Evertime i choose context it crashes. Cant move forward without context just rendered this useless.

Dropbox and other crashes

Love the layout and concept, but why roll it out without proper testing of functionality. IPad version (latest) crashes on dropbox sync. Will change to 5 star when app works. [As promised....5 stars now that app is fixed]
